How can this be free?

We offer a free plan and paid plans. The free plan offers the basic tools you will need to run a successful delivery business. Our paid plans offer many features that the free plan doesn't offer including but not limited to: route optimization as an add-on, SMS and Voice as an add-on, quick location search, unlimited dispatch operators, track log and access to our CSV Uploader! Our free plan is designed to help you get started; however, if you typically do more than 50 deliveries per month and want access to more helpful tools, then we suggest you go with one of our paid plans.

How does the billing work?

You only pay for what you use. You can buy credit which is held in your account and can be used to create delivery tickets, send SMS messages, make calls through our voice service and build optimized routes. So, let's say you buy the Meadow Plan which cost $87, that amount will be added to your account balance and as you create new delivery tickets, the cost of those tickets will be debited from your account balance. Let's say you create 10 delivery tickets after purchasing the $87 Meadow Plan, $2.90 will be debited from your account. When you run out of credit, you will be asked to purchase more credit to keep using our platform. You can enable autopay which will refill your account when you use 90% of your originally purchased credit. So, let's say you get down to $8.70 after purchasing the $87 Meadow Plan, our system will send you a notice or if you have autopay enabled, our system will charge the credit card you have on file $87 and apply $87 to your available credit. The more credit you buy upfront, the lower the per-ticket price is. Please view our pricing page for more details. The credits you buy will never expire, so if you happen to have a slower month than usual, you will still have the credits you purchased the following month.

How many stops can I have in a route?

You can have up to 200 stops / destinations in your route when you build your route using our route optimization feature.

Do you sell any of your own goods through the Zippykind Driver's app?

No! We don't sell any goods ourselves; we only provide the software and driver's app for businesses to use.

How long do I have to wait until my account is setup?

You will get instant access to your newly created account; however, if you have provided misleading information about your business, your account may get suspended until you can substantiate the information you provided during the account creation process.

I've downloaded the Zippykind Driver's app in the Google Play or Apple iTunes store, but I'm not able to create a drivers account through the app?

The drivers account needs to be created by your stores account through the store dashboard which you can access by clicking the login button toward the top right of this screen. After you login, select the menu icon toward the top right of the screen and click on the Drivers tab. From there you can create a new drivers account. The details you add for the drivers account will be the details you use to log into the app.

Do you share my drivers GPS coordinates or our business practices with any other company or entity?

No, we treat your privacy with the utmost respect and we don't share your details with any third party unless we receive a subpoena from a court of law.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofit organizations?

Yes we do. We offer a 10% discount for nonprofit organizations.

I want an Uber like experience for my customers, do you guys offer a way for my customers to track the delivery driver?

Yes. We really believe that customer retention is rooted in good communication. Our software will send a text message or email to your customer with a map of your driver so that your customer can track the ETA of your driver and leave a reveiw of the driver once the delivery has been completed. You can add your logo to the tracking page to further enforce your brand.

I have a great idea that we could really use for our business that I would love to see built into the Zippykind platform, can you guys add it?

It really depends on the idea and how useful it will be to other users on the platform. We love creative ideas and welcome them with open arms. If we decide to not work on your idea right now, it doesn't mean that we won't entertain the idea later. Everything is about timing, so it really needs to make sense for us to build it.

What forms of payment do you accept for the paid account plans?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments.

I submitted my account information for a new account hours ago and I haven't received a reply?

Perhaps we didn't receive the account information. If more than 24 hours go by and you still have not heard from us, please go to our contact page and send us a quick message.
