When you create a delivery or pickup ticket through Zippykind, a status will be assigned to the ticket based on whether you have assigned a driver to the respective ticket. If a driver is not assigned to a ticket, the status of the ticket will default to unassigned. If you are using Map Zones or the Auto Assign features, Zippykind will try to assign the ticket based on your settings. The delivery driver can update the status through the driver’s app as milestones are met during the delivery process. The following status options are available:

assigned

unassigned

acknowledged

started

arrived/inprogress

successful

cancelled

declined

failed
